Conditional Purchase and Sale
The successful purchaser shall be required to enter into an agreement with the Township obligating the purchaser to construct a dwelling on the subject lands. A building permit must be obtained within 18 months of purchase, and substantial completion must be achieved within 12 months after obtaining a building permit. The agreement shall provide the Township with the right to repurchase the property should the purchaser fail to proceed with the construction of a dwelling in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
