By-Law Enforcement is responsible for enforcing By-Laws to ensure a safe, quiet and enjoyable community for all residents. Our By-Law Enforcement Officer investigates noise complaints, property standards issues, littering and dumping, parking and other matters concerning the Township of ACW By-laws.

Registering a Complaint

To report a possible By-Law violation please complete the online Report It form. The Clerk may wish to contact you to confirm information, or ask further questions regarding the issue. If you have issues with the online form, please contact the Clerk for the form in an alternative format.

Please note: Complaint information is considered confidential and will not be released to the person whose property is under complaint.

Anonymous complaints will not be investigated.
