Road Closures and Information
The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is enhancing how winter road closure information is shared with the public. Emergency winter weather road closures will now be posted on Municipal 511, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will serve as the primary and most accurate source for real-time winter road updates across Huron County.
In addition to Municipal 511, the OPP West Region social media accounts (X, Facebook, and Instagram) will continue to provide timely road information to help motorists plan safe travel during severe weather.
