Council meetings are currently being held through Zoom, a Video Conferencing Platform on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 9:00 a.m. The Agenda itself will be posted on the website at closing time on the Friday prior to the Council Meeting.
Should you wish to be included on the agenda for any meeting, please contact the CAO/Deputy-Clerk, Mark Becker in advance for a scheduled time, along with providing a written submission detailing the nature of the request to Council for inclusion in the agenda package prior to 12:00 noon on the Thursday before the meeting of the Council.
Meeting agendas and minutes provide a record of discussion and are available to the public. Copies of Council, Committee, and Board agendas and minutes prior to January 2020 are available by contacting the Clerk by email at email@example.com or by phone at (519) 524-4669 ext 202.
