The Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh (ACW) Council has endorsed the Draft Licensing By-Law for Short-Term Rentals (STRs) and requested the Short-Term Rental Committee proceed with public consultation. 

This proposed by-law is designed to balance the benefits of STRs in the community with the need to address concerns related to safety, neighbourhood compatibility, and long-term housing availability.

Community members are invited to have their say on the proposed Short-Term Rental Licensing By-Law. During this period, residents, STR owners, and other stakeholders can review the draft by-law, ask questions, and provide feedback through the Public Feedback Form. Your input will help Council consider community perspectives before finalizing the regulation.
