That pursuant to By-law 43-2019, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh intends to sell the property presently as described as:

PLAN 230 LOTS 164, 165 AND 168 WAWANOSH (Isobel Street, Dungannon)

Further Take Notice

That the Subject Property was declared surplus to the municipality on September 7, 2021. The proposed By-law and Plan showing the land affected may be viewed on the municipal website under “Latest News” or by contacting the undersigned. Council will consider the By-law at its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 9:00 am via Zoom, the link to which can be found here: https://acwtownship.ca/government/agendas-minutes/previous-years

Council will hear any person who provides, in writing, notice that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected by the By-Law by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 1st to the undersigned.
