We need your help! Without immediate action, the beloved Benmiller Softball program is at risk of being lost. The community’s involvement is crucial to keeping this program running, and we urgently need volunteers to assist with the program. If you know anyone, regardless of age, who might be interested in volunteering their time for baseball this summer, please share this message with them.

If we don’t get enough support, we’ll be forced to cancel the season, leaving kids without the opportunity to play in their own community.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with the following:

⚾ Recruit & support volunteer coaches
⚾ Communicate team rosters to coaches, players, and parents
⚾ Organize team equipment
⚾ Attend league meetings
⚾ Manage email account

Time is of the essence! We need responses by Friday, February 21, 2025 to keep the program going. Let’s come together to ensure our kids continue to learn, grow, and have fun with softball!
