The Township has received a Notice of Appeal from 1142059 Ontario Limited (Lobo Sand & Gravel) on Zoning By-Law Amendment Application Z07-21 to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), on the grounds of Council failing to make a decision within 90 days. With the submission of this Notice, the decision is no longer within the jurisdiction of Council.
